Second time coming back, I always love the result. Sophia is my hair dresser. She always does a great job. She doesn’t hestitate telling which style suit you. she always ask before and during the cutting process to make sure that the customers get the style they want. I really appreciate that!

I can’t thank Rebecca enough for changing my life forever:) from being so self conscious about my thinking hair to going back to confident is a game changer:) not only she provided exact topper I need to doing all jus by seeing pictures to match my medium blonde ashy highlight to pure perfection is something I will forever be grateful for. I am a SAHM who NEVER gets any time to myself, so when I suddenly found myself about to have a kid free day I wanted to treat myself to a long overdue haircut! My have been having major postpartum hair loss after my 3rd baby and regrowth has somewhat begun but I needed a fresh start for it to grow back and look thick and full again. I was referred to Sophia @ Midtown by someone in a local mom group on Facebook after posting for a suggestion and getting lots of other recommendations as well but Midtown’s website, Sophia’s Bio & her Instagram is what sold me. I called the salon and asked if Sophia would have any last minute openings and by some miracle she had an opening for a haircut. The front desk was professional, kind, patient and understanding on the phone. When I got to the salon I was given a paper to fill out so that Sophia had some information about myself to better serve my needs and wants & then I was given a tour of the salon which is small & cozy - just the right feel for me! They have the shampoo bowls with the headrests so your head is not uncomfortably hanging, I have a very long neck and it always hurts so that was lovely! Sophia did exactly what I had asked, took her time, asked me to check and see if I wanted anything changed or tweaked, made the adjustments I wanted (I'm a former hairstylist so I tend to be incredibly picky) TWICE with wonderful understanding and patience and she truly just wanted to make sure I was happy with her work! My hair is stick straight, you can see every line & every flaw so it can be complicated, I know I made her go over her scheduled time for me but she didn’t rush or panic. She had dry cut my hair to begin with, which was another very smart call on her part, so when she was finished she asked a coworker to shampoo me and blowdry while she put color on her next client (which she made sure I was ok with and I didn’t mind at all) and then in perfect time came over to double check everything was fine, made another adjustment for me after it was styled and off I went! Checkout was wonderful. They had the suggested products all upfront for me but they were not pushy about them AT ALL! I did buy one thing , the stying cream, because the product line that they carry seems pretty amazing and I think I’ll buy one thing at a time as I go back and try it all out because I will DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK! My favorite thing about checkout is that they have a separate computer system setup that is linked to each individual employee’s Venmo so that you can tip them directly into their bank accounts and not even have to worry about cash or credit card charges they’ll have to pay on the other end!! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Thank you ladies! ***Also, always bring your stylist a Starbucks or Dunkin drink before you come in (wink/kiss)

I don't have the words to express my pure joy with my new hair topper! Rebecca was beyond amazing, making me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. She also made sure my mother was comfortable, who was there for support. I have frontal fibrosing alopecia and burst into tears after trying the first topper, because it had been a very long time since I had felt "normal". Rebecca demonstrated so much kindness and patience, letting me try and retry some of the styles. Her empathy let me feel comfortable talking about the topper options, she truly understood how I was feeling. She was not pushy at all, not even a little bit, told me to take my time and even suggested taking pictures and thinking about it at home. But, I found a topper that I absolutely loved! She was able to get it ready for me and I was able to take it home that day! I was very fortunate that she had one on hand that worked so perfectly for me. I don't think I have stopped smiling since I left the salon! I can't say enough wonderful things about Rebecca and the Midtown Hair Company, I 100% recommend it! The only thing I'm mad at is waiting so long to make this appointment! If you're hesitant like I was, please schedule an appointment, I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you Rebecca, for letting me feel "normal" again, I have a confidence that I have not felt in many years!

When I started losing my hair and was diagnosed with Telogen effluvium I was devastated. My long, thick hair was dwindling. I felt self conscious and didn't leave the house unless absolutely necessary. I bought hair care products, oils and creams. I searched online for hair toppers and they were absolutely terrible. They felt fake and unnatural. I wasted a ton of money and nothing helped. I then started looking locally for stores that sold wigs but I can across Midtown Hair Company. I read about the options they offered and texted Rebecca. She got back to me immediately and we discussed my situation and how she may be able to help. She fit me in quickly for a consult. I tried on hair toppers and halos. I decided to get both. A few weeks later they were in. I was super excited but very nervous that when I wore it people would notice it wasn't my real hair. I was wrong. No one noticed. It looks very natural and feels great. I have the self confidence to go out again! The topper and halo are an excellent quality, well made, soft real human hair, the color match is perfect. I would 1000% recommend Rebecca, Midtown Hair Company and her products. I can't express enough how happy I am with my hair!
